“Good place to work, fair yet strict”
Former Employee – worked at A+ Mobile PC Doctors
Pros – It is a smaller company, so it is not a typical "corporate" environment and your voice gets heard. Your suggestions do not always come to fruition, but at least they listen and sometimes did put my suggestions into action. Pay was fair.
Cons – Lacks some structure - but this I suppose is typical in a smaller organization without an HR department.
Advice to Senior Management – Develop clearer job descriptions.
