Great internship experience, I feel so lucky to have gotten to work here!

    Intern (Former Employee)

ProsWeekly luncheons exposed interns to other departments in the company. Management truly cares about interns and treated them with respect. I was able to work on several fun projects for my department and felt like I truly made a difference.

ConsSome departments seem distant and there does not seem to be that much inter-office unity, in part due to the layout of the office.

Advice to Senior ManagementExpand your internship program!

Working there were the best years of my life.

Executive Assistant (Former Employee) New York, NY

ProsTop Benefits, centrally located, top pay many company perks, and bonus.

ConsThere are days you work long late hours; no summer Fridays; before the merger with Lifetime senior management was kept on for years; can be a bit of a "Boys Club". The Lifetime merger shook up the company; lots of good people were let go. Out with the old and in with a new younger crop of employees.
