Great job until 5% reduction in corporate work force. In spite of this, there are still opportunities at ABB.

I worked at ABB Group full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

ABB fosters a collaborative, transparent workplace. My manager, In particular, was very interested in mentoring other coworkers. They have on site cafe and new LEAD office building.

    Cons

Unfortunately, ABB is not hitting their numbers hence the reduction in their corporate workforce. Production workforce was not affected by this.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Maybe some thought should have been given before building a new building. Possibly, there would not have been a layout.
