Pros – Great working environment and good exposure to project management skills. Employee's benefits from the company are better than the earlier .

Cons – increment is not so good. Appraisals always happen but raises don't. Management needs to look into this and review the salary package . New comer gets more salary than the experienced employee of equal experience .

Advice to Senior Management – Give good increment to the employees to retain the talent

Cons – Has lot of space for improvement in all areas.
