Amazing experience

ProsInvolved internship where the senior employees helped me learn the processes of the company and gave me an insight into the field on engineering

ConsSometimes unstructed for interns since they haven't had much experience with interns in the Lewisburg branch but all the employees are very helpful and guiding

ConsThere were no negative aspects that I had while employed by the company as a contract employee

Advice to Senior ManagementGood learning experience for me and motivated me to want to take courses at HCC to learn about Linux as an OS and configuring Unix services with it

from HR to technical specialists, all are friendly

ProsUS is seen as a growth market!!!!!!!!!
Company has a real vested interest and focus on it's employees and provides continuous training to better equipment them with the tools they need to enhance their career growth.
Coming from a LARGE IT company that had lost this exact focus completely, this has experience been a breathe of fresh air!

ConsI honestly have not seen many cons with this company.
