Pros – Great people, benefits, fantastic work environment. Love the location, building, cafeteria.
Cons – Political red tape. Sometimes it was difficult to work with mgmt. Sometimes had to work long hours.
Advice to Senior Management – Great job on selling abn amro before the bottom fell out. You guys were right on the money.

autonomy to perform as you please provided you meet your target
good compensation
Cons – No organized training, but management is working on it

Pros – Exciting work environment, friendly co-workers, a lot of learning required in terms of processes, procedures, extremely approachable line manager
Cons – Too fast paced at times, manage a large no. of client especially when backing up another colleague, have to be quick on the ball and hit the ground running. .

Pros – 1. Employees are respected and treated as people!
2. Great work-life balance.
3. Ability to move between departments and great growth opportunities.
4. Global exposure.
5. Excellent benefits.
6. Senior management has a mentoring approach where constructive feedback is provided and training is provided where needed.
International rotation opportunities.
Cons – 1. Salary maybe lower than what it is in like organizations.
Advice to Senior Management – None.

Current Employee – been working at ABN AMRO
Pros – ABN AMRO supports pro-activeness, personal growth and creativity. The bank has an excellent track record both as an employer and a company.
Cons – ABN AMRO has recently been bought by RBS, Santander and Fortis. Near future holds many uncertainties. Information provided by senior management is sufficient though.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep the information flow about the near future going.
