I have been working at ADP

    Pros

great benefits and great coaching that allows an individual to succeed and grow within the company. always looking to promote from within first.

    Cons

very tough job if you dont have the patience for it. lots of rejections and lots of cold calling. have to have the personality in order to succeed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

great job thus far, however I would recommend a more hands-on training regimen that isn't just all web based. this will help in the long term for employee benefit.

-Get a chance to work with plenty of clients
    -Casual dress code, fun environment

    Cons

-Calling tasks can become very tedious at times

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It would be a good idea to be more visible to your workers. Most of the communication was only done through email.

    I worked at ADP

    Pros

Willing to let interns explore other opportunities within company

    Cons

Management is not very hands on so sometimes didn't talk to or see my boss for weeks at a time. More micromanaging of interns would be beneficial to the experience

I have been working at ADP full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

The trainging, support from your manager, and team members helps ensure you are successful quickly. Culture here is amazing and lots of fun. The perks for the trips you can win is incredible. Opportunity to make 6 figures with a year and a half. Great work life balance.

    Cons

If you do want to get into leadership it's a tricky position. The hours are tough and it's a lot of luck your first year since you are a manager for entry level sales people meaning lots of babysitting and turnover.

For sales-great place to work but need to have hunter mentality. If you are not a conpetive person with a sense of urgency then this is not for you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Great job with on boarding. Have more training and support for managers.

Thank you for all the benefits and perks on this job.
