    Pros

    The pay and benifits are not bad. The PTO time accrues quickly. You can work a lot of overtime if you choose to.

    Cons

    It is hard to move up unless you are a member of the clique no matter how good your stats are. They are very strict about schedule adherence. If you have to use the bathroom or have an emergency you are out of luck until break time

    Pros

    Good money, management always there for you whether you want them to be or not

    Cons

    6 day work week, long nights sometimes (but that goes with in-home sales), being held accountable for customers no-showing for appointments, being taken out of Telemar and not getting appointments even though your self generated sales are higher than office average, lots of competition from dealers that "give away" systems

    Pros

    No set hours, decent commission wages, only work one Saturday a month

    Cons

    Your finding yourself becoming responsible over logistics you have no control over. Technicians are never on the set times they are supposed to be on. Customers get pissed at you for things you aren't in charge of.

    Actually go out with your new members and guide them along the way.

    Pros

    Established company that's been around for over 100 years. Nation and worldwide appeal.

    Cons

    The pay is horrible and all the frustrating red tape that comes with a old huge company come with it.

    Pros

    Flexibility of schedule, compensation, health/dental/401K benefits.

    Cons

    Poor customer service, High competition with indirect dealers of ADT and other competitors, technology seemingly falling short of growing demand, several factors effect your sales which can sometimes be out of your hands (technicians, customer service, billing, etc) which lead to poor customer experiences.

    Hire quality customer service and billing call center professionals and hold them accountable. Try to be ahead of the game technology wise. Offer an incentive to high performing reps for a better title and commission.

    ADT you have the Flexibility
    You get a good commission
    Set your own hours
    The benefits they are nice
    You can make a decent amount

    Cons

    Do not call list
    Disposition detail
    commission only
    No paid vacation for the first year... really?
    Installers can cost you jobs

    Get somebody to go through gryphon that all they do is disposition

    Pros

    Great commission potential. A position that allows you to take time off when you need it.

    Cons

    Terrible management and training. If you're not getting self generated sales, they will take you out of rotation instantly. Everything is split up by territory and depending on your territory, you can make a lot of money or no money at all. In my office, a couple people make very good money and many others are struggling

    Pros

    The company was had a reasonable benefits package. The people were great and always willing to help.

    Cons

    No opportunity for advancement. No raises to speak of, only attendance bonuses. They completely gutted the benefits package. Upper management ignored good people and advancement was an urban legend.

    Actually, watch the work of the employees and reward them.
