Pros – Great culture, training program, support and experience. The people here are amazing and portray a family like atmosphere in the sense that you all work together and have great support. Everyone is there to help you succeed. You will learn everything you need to learn about starting your career in inside sales and then some. If you choose to move beyond this company you will leave with close friends and so much knowledge that will prepare you for your next step.

Cons – Cold calling can be redundant. Can be stressful as it is a "sales" job. AG does their best to treat their comp plan as fair as possible but it's virtually impossible to please everyone and make it so the competition is 100% fair. Be prepared to work hard and be competing at times, with very competitive individuals.

Advice to Senior Management – I worked with just about every person on the management team and everyone was/is very supportive and always had their door open for me. My advice is to just keep that up and make sure they are expressing this openness to all their employees and to listen to all opinions as some projects and situations can be very frustrating.
