    Plenty of Potential

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsI like the company because its a huge company. I've worked for mostly small startups and have found myself getting stuck. in this company there is definitely room for career growth. The work environment is laid back and i have the opportunity to ework so i;m satisfied.

ConsCompany could focus on developing potential leaders more.

    Good company to work for

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Berkeley Heights, NJ

ProsGood benefits and pay. Diversity. Flexible schedule with the right management.

ConsLimited room for growth. Company is going through a major reorganization process, hence layoffs since 2008, bringing morale down. Environment used to be a team effort, but is now a look out for yourself mentality.

Advice to Senior ManagementYou need to bring morale up. Get rid of the forced rating system for evaluations.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
