Former Employee – worked at AIMCO Properties
Pros – Working for a company like AIMCO (Houston) was rewarding. As diversafied as AIMCO was and still is, I always knew I was a part of a team of professionals who strived for excellence, accountability and ownership of a job well done!
Cons – Seek a career outside of Multi-Family if you cannot or are unwilling to adapt to change. The industry is ever changing. If you do not have passion and are not willing to work hard, AIMCO is not the place for you to be.
Advice to Senior Management – Thank you for the years you invested in me as a valued team member!
