ProsYou learn something new everyday. There are over 200 experts from various industries gathered in a single building so if you ever wanted to know about supply chain management or warehouse logistics, there are people who are experts in the field. Working with clients was also very rewarding

ConsIt's a small company trying to grow up into a larger company and not doing a good job at that. There is very little upward mobility and the skills you learn are not tangible. It's unclear where you could go from here which is why it's often seen as a life style company or a place where you come to work if you don't want to switch jobs anymore.

Advice to Senior ManagementEmbrace the younger hires and show them an upward path through the company. Make sure that you are invested in your employees learning and education (and not just for the benefiit of the company itself). Study the environment within the company and undersrand why the younger employees often feel disenfranchised and disconnected with the rest of the company.
