    Sales (Current Employee)

ProsProducts and vision are a driving force in the market and ANSYS is a leader here.

ConsAbility to be agile, strategy concepts, leadership lacking for large company. Marketing and IT staff are the worst groups in the company. ANSYS needs a better understanding on how to manage large accounts and how to compensate those that manage them.

Advice to Senior ManagementLearn how to force multiply your sales staff with your sales reps. You will get more with honey than with vinegar!
