Cons – No bonus, long hours, no growth opportunity, upper management shows no recognition

adequate vacation and great benefits
considerable freedom given to middle management

Cons – sometimes reckless focus on bottom line, disregard for safety
top management allows GMs to disrespect lower management
verbal abuse is common
hours are ridiculous

Advice to Senior Management – Promote based upon merit and not politics.

 - good benefits package
- competitive salary
- good bonus program

Cons – - They don't reward or even praise employee's for extremely hard work ...example, my team logged 60 hour weeks for 2 straight months and mgmt wouldn't approve a free lunch for them

Advice to Senior Management – Treat your workers with respect, make their careers a priority for the organization as whole and do more to assist them in growing within the company

I hopoe you find what you are looking for then. any other be am is ware can they get a what what then we should do just that because it is food for thought in coutre of law and any knowledge of school payment forward uniform service to uniform people in the country. Busniess is suffering all across the world. Business for unforms is going down the hill very quickly so jog.
