    Retail Store Manager

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

    ProsGreat Products. Dynamic work environment.

ConsResults matter more than people. Turnover is the solution to sales reps instead of development. Working with the union can be extremely frustrating.

Great job with fun and new technology

Retail Sales Representative (Current Employee) Las Vegas, NV

ProsSalary and commission is great and the ability to really help customers understand the products is key

ConsManagement push sales so much that it's hard to focus and find solutions for the customer because their on you all day for specific sales

Advice to Senior ManagementEase off the specific sales quotas and let the sales reps sell what they can. Or at least help reps when they are challenged reaching specific sales instead of disciplining for not getting the sale

Losing 10k each year while selling more than ever before!

Retail Sales Consultant (Current Employee) Saint Louis, MO

ProsBenefits are declining but better than some out there, sure beats obamacare!

ConsSales commission changes every 3-6 months, making it harder to hit goals and completely impossible in most markets to tier out and actually make good money. You will have a 10k-20k decline every year until it is the same workers as McDonalds or Burger King. Health care is still better than most but is rising quickly in cost each month with less benefits. Constant harassment from managers. Company policies popping up blatantly to get rid of the loyal, hardworking senior employees that make top end hourly rate to hire in new much lower paid workers. There has always been a high turnover rate with this company but all of the dedicated and motivated people have stayed, tried and true. This means nothing, we have made the company one of the most powerful and now the dog has turned on us to bite. It's very sad and disheartening

Advice to Senior ManagementTake care of your team, the ones that run ragged day and night to make this company successful! Your policies and procedures do nothing for you, we do!
If you choose to continue on this path of destruction, you will have removed everyone that is valuable and at that point everything will fail and that step climb we did for all of those years to the top, will drop straight down on its face. All of the years of hardwork, skipped vacations, 60+ work weeks for nothing! just to see it all be washed away by people that do not understand how everything in this company has worked and grown for so many years.

    Manager (Current Employee) Sacramento, CA

ProsGreat company to work for. Pay is good compared to other companies that are providing the same service.

Advice to Senior ManagementArea manager and District managers need to go through the Leadership Program and allow the First Level Managers to manage.
