    Pros

The base pay plus commission is a great opportunity for anyone without a bachelors degree. Friendly upbeat work environment. Great place to work if you like meeting new people daily.

    Cons

The work schedule... Expect to be working every holiday besides Christmas day. And expect to be working every weekend or at least until you get some seniority.

    Advice to Management

It doesn't tale much to be manager here. Don't expect much from management.

    Pros

The training is very in-depth, and they do a great job of preparing you for the role. Also, they give you lots of paid holidays, and the benefit packages are superb. In addition, the company is constantly running contests and drawings for great prizes and/or cash, so you can win lots of cool stuff!

    Cons

The level of stress that comes with the job is very high, and it can be difficult to get time off when needed due to scheduling constraints.

    Pros

AT&T is a good company to work for with a decent salary and good benefits to offer as well as the benefits of having Union representation.

    Cons

The cons where the changes to the company that cause many layoffs and not many new openings in Atlanta for laid off employees to transition to.

    Negative Outlook

    Pros

    Benefits, Discounts and incentives

    Cons

Taking time off, work schedule and customer base you'll be serving (all request are based on seniority and the call center is housed by employees who have been there 30-15 yrs) plan on the crappy schedule for your first two years because your married to your title

    Advice to Management

You're company needs educated and motivating leaders who understand and can teach the art of salesmanship. All the low level managers placed are simply waiting to retire and have bad habits In how they manage based off old school mentality
