Current Employee – been working at AT&T Wireless full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – AT&T is very employee and customer focused, you can tell when they make changes, they think about the ramifications on employee's and the customer experience. Although I do feel very confident when talking to my customers that AT&T is the best wireless carrier out their, and that makes it very easy to sell our products & services.
Cons – While upper management is employee focused during big changes, I wish they would listen to employee's when we all complain about the same thing.
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to your employee's complaints, and address them.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
