    a bit stresfull last time

    Prosbenefits - free massages or medicine, company parties for everyone at least once in a year, organizing some trips, possibility to change your shift or work longer

    Consbig pressure from leaders (wc brake, lunch time and so on) and not so much friendly colleauges (trying to put theire misstakes on the other, mostly on newies)

    Advice to Senior Managementif people will feel comfortable at working place, they will be not so tired and mean more productive

    No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

    I have had many opportunities to excel and been successful in solving and managing issues that have hampered others.

    ProsChallenging task, stable workforce, interesting coworkers and excellent locale. Lots of opportunities to apply expertise and learn at your own pace.

    ConsVery little opportunity for advancement, stagnant pay scales. No cost of living adjustments have been made to the pay scale in 20 years. Year long pay freezes are never made up in subsequent years. No rewards for individual performance.

    Advice to Senior ManagementEmployees need mentors and should be informed of the standard promotion pace. Cost of living adjustments need to be part of the pay scale review. When the company is doing well, do more to make give the current employees a share in the wealth. Reward outstanding individual performance even in lean years.
