    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

The company had a great benefits package and you walk in the door with almost 5 weeks vacation.

    Cons

senior management turnover is extremely high and it is very clear that they only have their own interests at heart. If you get promoted beyond director level, be careful as you may soon be shown the exit.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees. Those on the ground day in and day out know what's really going on.
