    Pros

You can leave the crappy Job whenever you want.

    Cons

Sales focused environment. Company does not train you properly. There are many conflicts of interest. Pay is terrible when you start. There is not much room to actually progress your career. These are some of the many dozen cons of this terrible company/job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be actual managers. And actually strive to improve the employee.

    Pros

Well... If you consider it a positive thing, a completely laid back company moto (great if you have kids and don't like or want to work hard). No one will fire you for being incompetent. So that's good.

    Cons

I was what they call a "insurance technician" here in Spain and I have always worked in blue chip companies in several countries and this one was a surprise. You have access to internal jobs but when you talk your boss about them they look at you with a look that says "you're an effing nobody, what the effing are you thinking? You will never get a promotion while I'm here". To be honest in Spain there is a glass ceiling everywhere you go but in Axa is the worst (and I have an MBA and speak 4 languages and I was tied by my boss). I was able to whithstand two years there just enough to get the hell out of there. I did, I am in Zurich reinsurance in Austria now and I am loving it.

I have been working at AXA full-time (less than an year)

    Pros

    - Fair work life balance till about 2 months back, till HR team decided to implement 9 hours mandate presence for all employees in office and NO Work from home policy
    - Nothing else worth mention other than they house their office in a good address that you can proudly tell your friends and family

    Cons

    - Objective is to disable the employees by strict workplace policies, its more like a BPO or a call center
    - No employee friendly environment or policies
    - Far fetched dream of becoming an MNC or any standard
    - Very unprofessional environment, dont be surprised if you are talked to rudely or in a unprofessional manner even by your colleague, its very common
    - Since most of the employees are under paid under skilled hires straight from companies like Tech Mahindra or BPO or call centers, dont have expectation of working in a true MNC
    - The company has potential but not unless they fire the existing HR and Finance team

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Revamp the existing HR and Finance team, they have been there like cancer, you will continue to lose good employees, unless you are happy with the current circus bunch

I worked at AXA full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Lots of opportunities to network. Discounts on products including insurance. Child care vouchers, cycle to work, travel card loan scheme.

    Cons

There is a lot of favouritism and bullying behaviour. There are a lot of people who have power as they are too expensive to be made redundant.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop rewarding people for being able to shout the loudest and be the most obnoxious. Losing and re recruiting staff costs a lot and causes unnecessary change and uncertainty within teams. Pay more attention to your staff so you stop losing talent.

    Pros

France AXA group is presented in Ukraine by the Insurance company - "АХА Insurance". Last year proceed trials process between a company and former top manager Sprengel А.С. A top-manager was recovered at work, but director of Ukrainian subdivision every way prevents to execution of decision of court and refuses in payment awards by judgment. Such sort of actions laed to new trials. On initiatives by adjustment of disputes nobody reacts. Appeal to complaints officer of АХА group in also were not given any results. Position of АХА group surprised with possible negative reputation risks for a company.
