“Rough corporate culture”
Former Employee – worked at AXIS Capital Holdings for more than 7 years
Pros – AXIS pay very well but there is an expectation that employees will work at over 110% utilization.
Cons – Different teams within AXIS play by different rules. For example, telecommuting is not allowed across the entire organization even thought most work may be conducted remotely.
Advice to Senior Management – See what departments are not providing value
