    Pros

    The kids are nice for the most part.

    Cons

    Sporadic schedule, terrible training, insufficient pay, back breaking work, no incentives, have to work with a bunch of annoying females, never get promoted (and if you do, you'll get promoted without much of a pay increase) store smells like shiet.

    Advice to Management

    shut down.

    Pros

    Fun, young, interesting first job. Lots of fun events and perks to working there.

    Cons

    Lots of back and fourth before coming to a conclusion. Depending on managers you can have a great time, or a horrible time. Need better management training programs.

    Meet some really great people, make new friends, fun time, easy job, simple.

    Rude coworkers, form cliques, same thing day in and out, favoritism.

    Treat all employees as equals, notice how workers are treating others, pay more attention, don't favor certain employees, maintain responsibility.
