    Pros

Working at Accenture was a very good experience. I worked there for 7 years when I was starting my career. Started as an Analyst in Finance and worked up to Manager. They do reward people who do good work.

    Cons

Downside is that I never saw them fire anyone who was not pulling their weight.

    Pros

Good benefits, high pay, and a good sense of community with co-workers. Lots of fun times to hang out with people.

    Cons

There are often times very long hours, very hard deadlines, and very unforgiving managers. Occasionally the client can be very difficult which leads to a lot of issues.

    Advice to Management

keep treating employees well, and they will work hard for you. Building personal relationships is one of the most important things that you can do and it works well.
