    Pros

Working on multiple projects per year, you get to see many different companies and experience their culture.
Training opportunities are abundant, if you can work them into the work and travel schedules of your projects.

    Cons

Default expectation is to travel to where the next client is or wants you to be, which may be welcome when you are young, but can negatively effect family life.
The annual forced laddering process is not as fair as it is advertised to be. Employees with personal relationships with influential executives fare better year after year and move up in ran and salary faster.

    Advice to Management

Annual laddering process needs improvement; local staffing efforts could be augmented

    Pros

Great company that offers benefits and new challenges

    Cons

Salary for HR individual are below average and be prepared for constant changes, a lot of reporting and management changes that will leverage those individuals that have been in Accenture for a while to take lead. Very hard to move up the ladder.

    Advice to Management

To say no to some reports and allow the HR team to focus on the job at hand.

    Pros

Opportunity to constantly learn new things and increase your skill set.

    Cons

Constant travel. Having 3 children made it very difficult to have to travel all the time.

    Advice to Management

When I first started for Accenture it was great. If you need help there were always plenty of people you could turn to. During my last couple years that environment no longer existed. I was struggling and would reach out to my TFS and CC and got nothing. In fact my CC told me to start looking outside the company. I finally got a new CC after searching on my own that was there to help and finally found a mentor as well. So my point is before making decisions Management should first check and see if there employees need help. You can't always take the CC word especially when they are advising you to leave the company. Last thing would be to check the facts! A supervisor can write things in your Objectives which are assumptions and not the truth!
