I worked at Accenture full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Training, career support through mentor-ships, Travel if you are in the consulting track, benefits, work-life balance. Excellent leadership with a clearly defined vision and strategy.

    Cons

I worked within a small business unit that was acquired. Much of that leadership team was not aligned with the overall corporate culture and business approach. My advice would be to spend more effort on integration of soft skills and technology.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

My advice is only positive. Keep doing exactly what you are doing best. Delivering excellence in service to a global customer base with deep talent pools to achieve that mission. It was a pleasure to be a part of such a great corporate environment.

I have been working at Accenture full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Working at Accenture has been great for me. The consulting world is filled with many craziness but I love the fact that Accenture fosters a good work/life balance. There is so much you can do within the organization. I joined as an experienced hire and even then, I've been able to add to my professional credentials through provided training and mentoring. The people I work with care about the people they work with including me.

    Cons

The annual review process can be daunting and nerve wrecking but it wouldn't matter if you are passionate about what you do and focus on growth rather than compensation.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Develop better process for new hires to get acclimated with the Accenture way of doing things. The is value in the way Accenture does it but it's not easy to adapt without some serious work.
