    Pros

The RH agents are great at searching for job openings.

    Cons

Pay is really low compared to actually being employed by the main company. RH takes too much out of the paycheck.

    Advice to Management

    Make pay more competitive.

    Pros

Somewhat reputable, stable company. Free lunch occasionally. 10 hours mandatory overtime. Cool new computers that you can take home.

    Cons

No training. Essentially, you watch a few videos during the first week and your manager gets you on the phone right away. There is additional training and 5 min meetings but you will lack a lot of skills and industry knowledge. Not only do you have competition from other staffing agencies, but members of your team and other divisions of Robert Half. Many of my deals were blown due to other reps calling them for the same candidates that we were representing. Maybe the implementation of Salesforce would prevent this but it is a flawed CRM system. Management. You may have a different experience but my manager was too busy handling their own book of business to help her team with training. In addition, we were expected to sell for 1 year, yes 1 year with no commissions. The managers get your commission during this time. I witnessed about 5 people quit or otherwise leave this job while I was there. I was only there for 1 month. There is also a mandatory 10 hours of overtime per week. This was not included in the salary offer. Later I found that was with the overtime. I value work life balance and this definitely would have been a game changer.

Advice to management, get a new manager.

    Pros

*By culling the references of candidates they have a wide network of hiring managers to harrass for assignments *Can keep you working if you ignore their shadiness and need $ fast

    Cons

*You are probably being paid 45-55% of what they charge their clients *Pay rates go back an forth- not based on your qualifications but based on what they think the client will pay *High turn-over on their staff with a sales mentality

    Advice to Management

    Have some integrity

    Pros

haven't found any and its been a year i signed up for work with them.

    Cons

never found work for me. just sent me as fillers for interviews for jobs that weren't suitable to me.

    Advice to Management

Pay more attention to people your recruiters take in , they take in a lot of people just to fill their quto, which is unfair to people.

    Pros

If you are seeking accounting or finance entry level positions, this is not a bad place to start, especially if you can get a temp-to-perm position.

    Cons

Low pay for temp workers. You are basically on your own when it comes to placement. Keep checking their website and try to apply for jobs on your own, don't expect staffing managers to call you otherwise.

    Advice to Management

    Pay more

    Pros

    1. got me a interview with a client company real quick( 2 days after my meeting with the recruiter). 2. there are some online training courses

    Cons

    1. the staffing managers dont reply to my emails on time. One said he would call back me back the second he received my call but never actually returned my call. 2. little time for you to consider wether to take the job or not.

    Advice to Management

Please put more effort in training the staffing managers and really pay the contractors what they are worth.

    Pros

Made great effort to find me work. Landed permanent position on second job placement.

    Cons

After finding me work, only called when they wanted inside info about client comp (like what we're they looking for in next temp they hired). Told company I was working with, a complaint I specifically told them not to share. Charged the company a lot of money and paid me crap. Client company low balled me in salary because they knew temp agency wasn't paying me much.

    Advice to Management

Have more concern for those working for you.
