Pros – Good Work environment, Great people, no work pressure and the best place to start your career.

Cons – No hike in salaries, Minimum interactions between HR's and the employees, no clarity in promotions, bad leave policy and are too client friendly.

Advice to Senior Management – It would be wonderful if there is a periodic check of what the Team Leaders, Managers and the HR's are doing with respect to the welfare of the company and the employees.
Management should also make it a point to reward the best employees.

Pros – The members of the team and managers are there to support you all the time.

Cons – Issues concerning Management and the process of the HR's is too slow.Fake promises from the operations.

Advice to Senior Management – Need to have more of fun related work means get together with the team members .
Activities should be conducted on floor.
Flow of client incentives.
Motivation level of the team goes down by not getting the or understanding of their personal issues.
Not accepting their resignations.
according to the company rules 30 days would be the notice period,But how ever we extend it fot 90 days i.e;3 months.
Salaries not given in full or in time.
Even after being the 4th largest global service provider and this is a shameful thing for the organization.

Cons – No Proper Sales Team. Unable to get business. PUBS BUsiness and tweeting wouldnt help

Minimal of Work Pressure, Good Managers, Employee friendly,
Option to pursue higher education while working.

Cons – Not so good for long term.Most of them working there are ambitious youngsters who do no want to stop earning while studying
