Pros – Company has had impressive growth and the HR support system in terms of training, etc. is great if you want to use it. Had good exposure among senior people by virtue of my role.

Cons – A touch too bureaucratic because of established systems. Plus the particular business I was in works in a regulated environment with limited growth over the years. Peer learning was low because of few people with similar age group and background education.
