    Pros

    Great for someone starting out and great for customers. Like so many retail companies today they will bend over backwards for their customers.

    Cons

    All about sales and customers and does not care about the employees on the front line that make the company what it is.

    Advice to Management

    Stop worrying only about sales. You have had some great employees that have given you their all but have left because they have felt like a number instead of the piece of your company that makes your company work. Hire from within more instead of going outside.

    Pros

    Gives you the opportunity to interact with knowledgeable car service shops and develop a better understanding of the automotive service and parts industry, while also being able to help others. Commercial customer base gets to be very handy and friendly.

    Cons

    Many other employees have little knowledge of field and are paid the same as one with years of experience.

    Advice to Management

    Encourage employees to become more aware of automotive systems. Utilize a point of sale system that is easy to use.

    Getting to help a lot of customers who need great service. Company has lots of options for getting the customer what they need

    Work environment. constant feel of pressure to just turn customers and profit without focus on building relationships with customers.

    Advice to Management

    Know that commercial customers like to shop with people they know and trust who will get them the best price and value. speedy service with rude practices of pressure selling and constant nagging about add-on sales annoys customers. be the customers first call not their reluctant call

    Pros

    Company is investing in future, we are bringing our CQ partners up to speed with inventory. Company is on a positive direction.

    Store teams are stressed and could use more help. Most GM'S are feeling the need to work more than the 50 hour requirement.

    It allows you to learn how to work with the public as well as teammates

    Cons

    To see the greed in corporate world pushing employees to produce sales in excess of 140 per hour yet only be paid minimum wage and less then 32 hours without benefits

    Advice to Management

    Remember it's the team mates in the store paying your salary to sit in an office. Remember what it's like to get your hands dirty actually working.

    Pros

    It's so much fun to help people fix their cars. You learn a TON. Discounts are really pretty decent. If you work hard, you CAN move up. If I had decided to stay instead of going to college I was told I would be moving up.

    Cons

    No pay. I knew the store numbers. We made enough to easily pay more. Doesn't matter what your availability is. You work when you work or your off the schedule. Commercial customers will get mad at you for things out of your control.

    Advice to Management

    Up the pay. Simple.
