    Pros

    - You could probably get paid for doing nothing pretty easily with this company (not commission-based pay). - If you're super bored and want a reason to get out of the house on weekends, this job can provide that. - Can do this job on the side even if you have a FT job or school during the week.

    Cons

    I had a TON of issues with this company but the quick points are: - No internal communication what-so-ever. Since no one talks to each other, every one is consistently on a different page and nothing can get accomplished. - The hiring process was very misleading. They were constantly rushing me to complete tons of forms, trainings, and tasks without explaining what the job was actually going to entail. - Once hired they started scheduling me for shifts I had not been trained for and, even worse, scheduling me for two shifts in different locations at the same time -- I'm not sure why their system even made that possible, but obviously no one can work in two places at once. - The computer systems they use are very outdated. They're difficult to operate and do not make communication within the company any easier. - When I quit it took the company months to process it and stop scheduling me for shifts because no one ever knows what's going on. I wasn't showing up for shifts at all and no one had any idea; their only concern was that I stopped logging my hours online.

    Advice to Management

    I'm not sure how this company is still functioning based on all of the internal problems I saw in such a short amount of time. I highly recommend hiring a consulting firm to make some serious changes in your operations. Also, you absolutely need to update your computer programs - they're horrible.

    Pros

    None. You will never be important. Pay next to nothing to fill your garage. And car with their supplies first 60 miles each direction are on you seniority means nothing

    Cons

    Just taken from full time to part time. 19 1/2 hours a week or leave. I will choose leave. Seniority means nothing shame on you. I am a top performer. Wow.

    Advice to Management

    Learn to do things right. Seniority matters. Performance matters.

    Pay is decent, get to demo different products all the time, hours are good

    Cons

    The boss talks down to employees sometimes, she picks favorites, her favorites get the best demos

    Great company but check in more often on your management.

    Pros

    If you have another job and need extra cash or are in school, this could be an advantageous role for you. Schedule is pretty flexible.

    Cons

    Opportunity for growth seems to be elusive with this company. Schedule not consistent because management relys on a auto scheduler to schedule you events. Management has a tendancy of scheduling others for more shifts while others get shafted with 1 or 2 days a week. If you cannot work weekends, don't expect to work much during the week.

    Advice to Management

    This company does not care about there employees. Why? Because back in 2014, not only did they deduct $2 per hour from their employees, they stripped all supervisors of their roles and demoted them. In addition, they shortend the amount of shifts per day. Management needs to find a way to build a better morale with there employees. Since this is not the emphasis, this is the reason many employees do not take this role as serious. This company should bring back a lead or supervisor role for each store to help improve the quality of employee and effort being given. I would never recommend anyone to work for ASM.

    Working close to home was a possibility. Flexible hours.

    REALLY POOR MANAGEMENT. NOT ENOUGH HOURS TO MAKE A LIVING>

    Pros

    So far there are no pros...I was promised a nice hourly rate with 30 hours...I have done obline training but they have not gave me any on the job training or hours at all!! NO PROS!

    Cons

    I have just gotten hired with the promise of 30 hours a week. Quit the job I had for this company just for the supervisor I was assigned to inform me there is no hours available ...maybe 5-10 So now thanks to ASM and the lies they told me upon hiring me I am basicly unemployed and have no idea what to do now as I cannot go back to my old job!

    Advice to Management

    Make sure you know what your doing before you hire people! Thanks to your company and the lies I was told I will probably be homeless soon!!

    None to think of at the moment...

    Kept stringing folks along. Promised pay increases and promotions however the pay increases are less than cost of living increases. Finally, after waiting over 2 years for promotional opportunities had to move on. Basically the atmosphere is horrible and if it weren't for some of the relationships I created with other finance personnel I would have left within the first 6 months of starting. You have been warned if you are in finance/accounting avoid this place there is no potential for a career here...

    Advice to Management

    You should all resign and hand the keys over to the equity firm..........so they can replace you with executives who can implement and foster a growth orientated work atmosphere.

    Great people to work with, always giving away great samples

    Cons

    The pay is absolutely horrible, benefits are even worse, there's a lack of communication between employees and managers. Are expected to do an enormous amount of work with next to nothing in pay. I worked there 3 years and only received a .25 raise. They DO NOT offer a "Cost of Living" raise..

    Treat your employees better

    There are no pros for this company!!

    Cons

    Management has no care for the staff that they hire, they offer zero support, or guidance. I met my manager once, and I traveled 75% of the time. This left me with very little personal time of my own. This is not very good or effective way to handle a business or a team. The acronym for their businesses ASM, my advice you would be steer clear if you are looking for a job.

    Support your employees!!

    Pays you ten to start.

    Cons

    Keeps you at ten an hour. Not a lot of hours a week. Not a good environment to grew in.

    Advice to Management

    Give raises. Give promotions to those who have worked longer with company than those who just start. For God's sake hour full time c don't be cheap. I know this company has money. Stop letting the big wigs horde all the money at the top.
