    Pros

Care staff are caring for coworkers and residents living in the community. Working environment is more relaxed and home setting . It's easier to build close and personal relationships with residents and coworkers. $1 special meal is available. All kinds of training courses keep you on top of your field.

    Cons

Your hourly basic salary is going to be lower than working for skilled nursing facilities or hospitals. But in the long run you'll get bonus depends on your performance and working years for the company. Staff shortage while some is off.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Increasing basic hourly salary.

On call staffs are available for staff shortage crisis.

I have been working at Aegis Living full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

The flexibility between work and personal life is the best part of this company.

    Cons

Compensation is below average for the surrounding area. Other than work/life balance, the benefits are minimal. No incentive to stay loyal.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I love this company. I don't want the culture to dissipate. Listen to your employees. Know the average salary compensation to better the morale. If you listen to your employees, you will have a better idea on how to increase morale and decrease turnover.
