Cons – Next to George Bush Airport, almost no places around for lunch.

Pros – Always made to feel "part of the team" with ideas respected, accepted, and acted upon. Excellent training programs and tools for getting the job done.

Cons – Serious limitations and access to potential customers due to current legal problems with the US Government. Placed on "denied parties list" and therefore cannot be named on applications for export licenses, or engage in business with US Government or US Government prime contractors.

Advice to Senior Management – Settle the legal issues ASAP.

Pros – If you are willing to learn, Agility will give you all the chance to learn and improve your skills.

Cons – The chance to be promoted is very slow, might be because there are no concrete structure when it come to staff recognition.

Advice to Senior Management – Please be more attentive and observant for the performance of the staff, which is i beleive one of the best asset of a company is a happy and contented employee...
