    Pros

Great co-workers, innovative company, truly wants the best customer service

    Cons

The pay is a big con, some positions pay way under what should be given

    Advice to Management

Understand that it takes a lot for customer service agents to deal with so refer back to the "cons" section

    Pros

Great benefits, proud brand, company executives truly want to make company a great place to work. Conservative approach to financial management allowed the company to survive many downturns and thrive today.

    Cons

Too little support for back office technology. Corporate manager-level positions are expected to do administrative clerical work as many clerical positions have been eliminated over the past 15 years. Little attention to documenting tribal knowledge when long time employees leave.

    Advice to Management

Be cautious of burning out your employees all in the name of "high performance culture."

    Pros

Best culture out there. Supportive family like environment with tons of opportunity to advance.

    Cons

Pay is about 20% below market rates

    Advice to Management

Talk to HR. This is a great place to work but I would like to see higher caliber people accept jobs.

    Pros

I chose this company because of its family oriented feel! They want each and one of their employees to feel like home which is never a bad thing.

    Cons

If you like to work in a big company and never run into the same person again this is not the company for you.

    Pros

Holidays paid. Vacation paid. Suck time paid.

    Cons

Company doesn't treat employees good. They only care about the money and make us work like slaves. I never have Saturday's off.

    Pros

This company has given me some opportunities that some may had not when I first entered the aviation field. Although nothing is perfect, it's what you make of your career will decide how you perceive this company. There are advancement opportunity and movement within the company is possible. As most companies the pay is not industry leading, but is averge maybe higher.

    Cons

Cons in this company are the same as all large corporations. Working midnight shift weekends and holidays are in every aviation job. In the Work center there is no recognition other then what is contractually required. So don't expect pats on the back for a job well done, that is what paychecks are for.

    Advice to Management

Continue to innovate and find new ways to increase production thru technology. Personal recognition for achievements should be offered. Educational benefits should be offered.

    Pros

Consistent profits and bonus payout each year. Great PTO program. Senior leadership is very visible and the company cares what employees think and looks for ways to constantly improve the work/life balance. Well run, great operational performance and pride in remaining an independent airline.

    Cons

Salary is very average and limited career growth potential once you reach a certain level. Middle management can be a frustrating place at times because of the need to appease senior leaders who can be very "hands on."
