Current Employee – been working at Allergan
Pros – The company as a whole is doing well which is great for job security. They offer very good benefits and are always building their portfolio with drugs being developed yearly.
Cons – The downside to working here is that recognition for a job well done is hard to come by. As far as promotions go there is no such thing. You interview for job spots that have opened up. Putting in the hours doesn't get you noticed.
Advice to Senior Management – Even though these are rough economic times a little gesture of goodwill toward your employees goes a long way.
