    Pros

Good place to work to get your foot in the door doing Information Security work. They have a full in house staff with some outsourced services, which gives you a great opportunity to learn new technologies and tools.

    Cons

Low pay scale and low opportunity for advancement. This may systematic of internal IT departments. If you are looking to move up in tittles they will most likely consider outside sources before choosing from internal personnel. They do not like to loose people in positions that are "good in their role". They would rather loose you and re-hire someone.

    Advice to Management

Please consider hiring more from within.
