    Pros

Benefits are good, great co-workers, not a difficult or strenuous job

    Cons

Can be to overly competitive, lower level jobs are under paid, they preach positivity but it's rare to find

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees wit a little more respect and show them they appreciated!

    Pros

Great coworkers. Played music on overtime days. Fun events. Fast paced.

    Cons

Favoritism. Drama between certain coworkers. If you worked for the agency, you had to work twice as hard as the folks hired directly from Amazon. No balance of work/personal life.

    Advice to Management

If you're going to play favorites, please don't make it too obvious.

    Pros

Get to work at an exciting company where everyone knows -- and is impressed by -- the brand. Really smart people (some are "too smart" - see below) in a face-paced place. Great part of town to work in.

    Cons

Very aggressive culture where data is king. Get all the data. If you're missing any data, you'll be slammed against a wall. People make an impression of you in a few months and it's very hard to change.

    Advice to Management

Be slightly less frugal and spend more on employees.

    Pros

Always keep busy, whether its monthly work or ad-hoc 'fires' to put out; there's always something going on. You have the ability to do what you want and go with it rather than seeking the approval of others.

    Cons

Depending on the group could end up working a lot. Also, can be difficult getting help if needed, everyone's always busy.

    Pros

Many brilliant people, company is growing quickly, lots of interesting challenges to work on, considered one of the tech leaders of our day

    Cons

culture is shifting and becoming much more political, harder to get stuff done, no longer focused on great decision making management is much more concerned with optics and managing upward

    Advice to Management

Need to help build better middle managers (VPs and Directors) which requires a renewed focus on caring about your employees, executives seemed much more focused on finding someone else to blame versus trying to do the right thing
