Pros – CEO is top notch but other top management is questionable.

Cons – Office politics are bad if you're not in the clique.

Pros – Some great people, overall commitment and enthusiasm. Not mega-corporate.

Cons – A bit clique-ish. Layoffs are common and seemingly random. Some politics.

Advice to Senior Management – Seems like people lower on the corporate ladder don't have much of a voice.

Pros – Salary is higher than average.
Good scope for career advancement
Startup environment, hands-on access to IT projects.

Cons – Work-Life Balance is really bad. Be prepared to slog extra hours on all weekdays and also some weekends. If you are a working mom it is really difficult to leave office early before 5 pm.
Work from home option is provided but on a very limited basis to select employess only.

Advice to Senior Management – Employee retention will be higher with better work-life balance esp. for working parents.

Cons – High pressure and a lot of looking to lay blame.
