    Pros

Variety of work. Challenged with assignments. Pay. Benefits. Coworkers. The company has a well thought out strategy. Great place to grow by leaps and bounds and receive opportunities to travel globally.

    Cons

Long work hours. Self service HR. If you don't work at the corporate office in Israel it is hard to have visibility and to get ahead after a certain point. You are only as good as your last success. No loyalty to employees.

    Cons

Zero Work-Life Balance. Little compensation (very little) for above-and-beyond, go-the-extra-mile work.

    Pros

Great company to learn and polish your skills! Very casual and comfortable work environment.

    Cons

Pay scale is lower than industry standards. You have to know the right people in order to advance to higher level positions; not always performance based.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Continue to assist employees with cultural barriers and work harder towards a unified environment. Company growth can only progress through T-E-A-M efforts!

I have been working at Amdocs full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

The company has decent benefits. They try to encourage a work/life balance. I have a great deal of freedom, but I have also proven I'm capable of self management. My immediate manager is very helpful, attentive, gives me freedom and authority to work and trusts my judgment. This has been the greatest benefit for working with this company.

    Cons

It's very difficult for divisions to work well together. It's also more difficult to find opportunities to advance. You can get a lot of responsibility added to your plate, but no adjustment to pay to match the responsibility. Additionally, one can get lost and become an unknown within Amdocs when one's time is spent 100% at a client site. There's no solid training program, nor any guidance from upper management. You just kind of enter the company and get stuck at one job. Unless you are doing sales and make the big closes, you don't get noticed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Add a rigorous training program, a viable career advancement path, and review compensation packages to ensure they match level of responsibility.
