    Great for permanent work, stressfull for contract work

    ProsGood pay.
    They are willing to be flexible with your schedule if things come up.
    Well-stocked break room.
    Activity room has several games, including an x-box 360.

    ConsOnly get paid for straight-time.
    No time-and-a-half for extra hours.
    No sick days.
    No benefits at all.

    Advice to Senior ManagementPlease be mindful of the added stress that can occur from an extended contract without any personal paid days off
