    Pros

    Great benefits and salary. Great company to start a professional services career with.

    Cons

    Long hours, limited number of client engagements in the US, little to none opportunities for career development through training and a very sales-oriented promotion process. Be prepared to wait several years for a promotion.

    Good pay.
    They are willing to be flexible with your schedule if things come up.
    Well-stocked break room.
    Activity room has several games, including an x-box 360.

    Cons

    Only get paid for straight-time.
    No time-and-a-half for extra hours.
    No sick days.
    No benefits at all.

    Please be mindful of the added stress that can occur from an extended contract without any personal paid days off
