    Optimistic for the future.

ProsMy boss is very understanding and the salary position enables work/life balance.

ConsNo room for growth, an increase in pay, and money is the goals of the company. It is a business so yes money is important. I think that the revenue would be increased by customer/employee satisfaction.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe company would benefit from an improved quality of care. Employee should always continue to grow professionally, personally, and financially.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    Too many changes

Field Nurse (Current Employee) North Atlanta, GA

ProsFlexible schedule, good benefits (that are decreasing constantly), usually promote from within

ConsRNs are favored over other staff due to they are allowed to do more for the company, paid per visit and sometimes you have enough visits to make your weekly quota and sometimes you don't. Per visit rate is below comparable for other companies in the same area.

Advice to Senior ManagementGive more attention to field staff. Office staff and other support staff get better bonuses, but less hourly pay. Look at care centers and the local challenges faced to assist with more directed support.

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsThey have extensive onboard training which is crucial for success, good benefits, and great teamwork/communication within each agency.

ConsNot much room for growth unless at corporate, work/life balance can be troublesome if you are a visiting clinician due to visit documentation

    Worst employment experience ever

    RN Case Manager (Current Employee)

ProsI love taking care of my patients!

ConsManagement is terrible. Things are constantly changing and completely chaotic. No matter how much you do it is never enough and you are never recognized for the good you do, only that they need you to do more. The job that was presented during the interview did not turn out to be the reality once hired. Very little training and rarely anyone to answer questions.

Advice to Senior ManagementNone. They wouldn't listen anyway

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
