    Strong stable company. Higher than market average compensation.

    Unrealistic expectations with subpar systems to promote success. Less than average benefits package.

    Have great case managers.and a great concept

    Cons

    Not enough of us ..they over worked me and didn't want to give me full time or benefits..but yet they worked me full time..

    Pros

    Great pay, benefits and support from team members.

    Cons

    Company grew too fast but didn't plan accordingly. Some employees didn't want to follow policies and procedures. Management and Board wanted to make profits in not so legit ways, a lot of legal issues.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Be legit!! Plan accordingly, don't try to grow so fast.

    Pros

    Great patient experiences.
    Other team members are great to work with.
    Office staff will do all they can to support field staff.

    Cons

    No promotions. Large staff turn over. Census fluctuates greatly.

    Pros

    Fast paced, never boring. If you're in a good care center with good leadership then it feels like family. Get to make a real difference for very sick or elderly people.

    Cons

    Too much work required of every person based on the staffing model. Unrealistic expectations from senior leadership. Lower pay rates for clinicians and office staff.

    Be more understanding of the pressure and staffing shortages.

    Pros

    More work than you will ever accomplish in a day. You will not be bored every day is different. There is career mobility.

    Cons

    Compensation is the lowest in the industry. Depending on your director and area Vice President you can be hen pecked about possible overtime. Stretches the nurses too thin with unrealistic productivities. LPN's required to see 35 patients in 40 hours without going into overtime and to provide "quality" care. RN's have to see all the Oasis visits plus regular visits -some LPNs we're making more money than RNs because LPNs could work the ALFs And see 12-15 pt's a day.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Every clinical manager and up should know how to perform home visits. Every director, avp, vp should be required to do 5 home visits every quarter so they do not loose touch with field when they make business decisions that impact the field and patient care
