    Pros

    Mostly a clean office space

    Cons

General lack of good business direction and decision making with poor operating practices.

  2. The board members are great; but too many VP's, Senior (fill in the blank), and managers that are not qualified.

    Pros

Fellow employees, laid back environment and paid weekly

    Cons

As mentioned above, the management is horrible. At least half the people in the building are temps, management will string them along for years and make empty promises to the current employees. If you did anything beyond finish high school, look elsewhere unless you just need a weekly paycheck until a real job comes through.

    Advice to Management

Keep posting false positive reviews like you did on this site September 11, 2014.

I worked at AmeriFleet (more than 5 years)

    Pros

None that i can think of.

    Cons

The regional managers are too busy kissing butts & cutting hours to try to save their jobs. They should all have to drive to see what it's about. Hey regional managers, can you live on $300 a week?

    Advice to Management

Put Darlene in charge and fix the business model.

    Pros

Laid back environment. There was 1 person who seemed genuine and wanted to help.

    Cons

Processing job is not a good place for someone who is career minded. If someone doesn't like you then you are screwed. Gossip and negativity rules. They want you to meet a quota even though the work wasn't available to support that. Pay is way too low

    Advice to Management

    There is no management

  7. Worst company to work for. No body knows what's going on.

    Pros

If you are new and self motivated you can learn a lot by using your own method of applications.

    Cons

Not much to say. ok to earn pay check.

    Advice to Management

Dont know how to value employees. Gossip culture. Their decision is based upon gossip. Not practical. Very poor judgements. Wish all the best

    Pros

The hours which is early at 7 to 4 pm

    Cons

The managers..one in particture who thinks his job is the hardest in the planet.. but all he does is sit on his ass and barely does anything. I was out in a week..Barely trained me anything.. The trainer was too lazy to get off his chair and show me stuff. Worst company, I have worked.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the management in this office..As long as you have these managers, i dont think anyone will last long. The upper management should know this after seeing so many people come and go.

    Cons

They feed upon high turnover, that's why they don't pay. There's always somebody else looking for a job.

    Advice to Management

Eventually you'll have to pay drivers.

    Pros

The employees there were great to work with.

    Cons

Management sucks. After FedEx managers came in and took over the company it totally when down and salaries also suck there.

    Advice to Management

Fired all ex FEDEX managers and give the company back to the owners, the people that really care for the company.

    Pros

I have been to all the lower 48 states except 2. Most of the runs don't have a hard & fast delivery date.

    Cons

Complete inconsistency from management. Unfair & I believe, illegal pay practices. When we are assigned a rental car to get to our next vehicle to deliver, Amerifleet charges us, the driver $25. And we do not get paid for the time it takes to get to our next vehicle, whether it takes 1 hour or 12.

    Advice to Management

Be consistent in your policies. One dispatcher will reimburse for a hotel, the next dispatcher won't. Treat your employees like a valuable contributor to the company.
