    Consmanagement not focused on employee happiness; encounter some very obnoxious passengers; can be stressful at time, especially during bad weather

    Advice to Senior ManagementListen to your employees. Don't put them in a position where they have to apologize for poor service and meals. Don't be trying to eliminate retiree benefits

    Prosthe flight benefits and ability to swap shifts easily is the only reason anyone would continue to work there

    Consdisorganization, always short staffed, management literally works people so hard until they get injured.

    ConsI was not advised of all of the policies. Training was 10 weeks in the office.
