    Pros

    The brand is strong and makes you feel proud to be a part of the humanitarian organization.

    Cons

    High upper management made poor decisions over many years. No stability or appreciation for employee dedication.

    Pros

    There were many great colleagues and volunteers, all were caring, compassionate people. People who love to help others are attracted to the ARC.

    Cons

    some senior leaders know little about the organization's history. Don't hold your breath in your job search. The application and interview process 'pace is slower than the federal government. Restructuring occurs frequently.

    Mission, team, team work, people doing the work and people receiving it, opportunities, worthwhile, demanding

    It really is demanding. Everyone must set healthy boundaries. Never enough resources to get the job done and done well.

    Slow down change....at least assess impact more. Care for employees as much as care for recipients of service,

    Short handed so too much work thrown at you at one time,
    If not a multitasker you are in trouble
