    Growing Company with Great Opportunities

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Woburn, MA

ProsCompany is dedicated to employee learning and development, leadership is passionate about the industry and about the business, company continues to go in a positive direction, rewards are tied to individual performance and are exceptional for employees who go above and beyond to work hard and lead their teams.

ConsWork life balance can be challenging, limited options to work from home or utilize flexible scheduling.

Advice to Senior ManagementExplore options for telecommuting and flexible schedules, trust employees to complete work and reward based on work rather than time spent at the office.

    Great company to work for

IT Management (Current Employee) Marlborough, MA

ProsGreat benefits; good culture; interesting and challenging work. Base compensation is okay, but bonus and RSUs are very generous. Fast pace, challenging work. Where else do you have a company where "Have Fun" is one of the core values?

ConsRegional alignment of business promotes working against cross-regional collaboration. US operations have a very snobby attitude toward corporate and international regions.

Advice to Senior ManagementEncourage and incent cross-regional collaboration. The US does not do EVERYTHING better than the rest of the world.

Good place for a job or to start your career, but don't stay too long.....

Senior Accountant (Former Employee) Atlanta, GA

ProsHigh visibility to senior management and executives; HR presence; overall job security; good benefits package; opportunities to learn and travel; friendly people; casual office atmosphere.

ConsAggressive growth outpacing insufficient headcount; poor training; complacent departments; lack of communication; unstructured individual advancement; high turnover; outdated technology.

Advice to Senior ManagementHire more (competent) people to catch up with company growth; commit to an overall advancement/growth/promotion plan for individuals outlining reasonable expectations; shift from RSU compensation to higher take-home pay; go back to quarterly bonuses; hold departments/managers more accountable for communication, staff training, and overall performance.

    Tremendous growth potential

Vice President (Current Employee) Boston, MA

ProsHigh-growth, fast paced environment that is creating significant shareholder value and along the way plenty of career progression opportunity for those team members and employees that want to be part of an exciting industry. Between the skyrocketing demand for telecommunications and wireless, coupled with a great business strategy by incorporating as a Real Estate Investment Trust, there is really no end in sight for how successful this company can be.

ConsThe growing pains associated with an acquisitive company are challenging and the global organization structure sometimes lessens the efficiency and goal of rapid growth and delivery value to customers faster.

Advice to Senior ManagementThink globally, structure centrally and prepare to scale for the next major wave of growth. Get the right players in the right roles with clear lines of accountability and authority to double the business in the next 3-5 years in a purposeful and strategic fashion that leverages the synergies across all markets and all talent..

Excellent company to work for. Lives it's core principles and values.

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Boston, MA

ProsFast-paced ever changing environment. Lots of room for new experiences and opportunities. International growth provides ever increasing areas for professional growth.

ConsFast-paced ever changing environment which can be challenging, especially for a newcomer. Often the rate of growth prevents the company from developing candidates internally and they go directly to the market for experience.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlanning, planning, planning. Good job but always an area for improvement, especially with the lightening speed at which we operate.

    Good experience

Market Intern (Former Employee) Woburn, MA

ProsIt has a very friendly atmosphere. I loved working with the people there. It is a very flat organization and they respect all their employees. it is a very non hierarchical company.

Consthe pay is not that great. It is a very sales driven organization and all the other departments are not given that much importance.

Advice to Senior Managementimprove the pay scale and start spending more on strategies and how to get new business. it relies a lot in its old customers.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
