    Pros

    Fast paced environment.
    Travel often doing sales presentations and some one on one meetings.
    Lots of Autonomy to drive your results to hit company goals initiatives
    Focused on the client

    Cons

    Not a common role in the industry so hard to explain to people from the outside.
    Low Compensation relative to similar positions
    You can't ever be doing enough to do a good job
    Rules, Regulations and vision continue to change every three years.

    Too many levels of leadership to make quick effective change.
    Too many different people to report to.

    Pros

    It was great learning a new thing every single day of going in. I learned tools of the trade in an internship that most others don't get to learn until they work full time.

    Cons

    Sometimes it gets monotonous since you are working with the boss and he has his own work to finish before getting to you.

    very laid back. good work life balance. i really loved working here. i worked for a franchise company so it was a lot smaller.

    repetitive, not too much training. did a lot of administrative work and didn't learn very much about financial planning
