    Pressure cooker environment

    Corporate RP II (Current Employee)
    Minneapolis, MN

ProsGood pay. Comfortable office. Good food in cafeteria.

ConsEvenings and weekends are required to keep up. Many of the corporate RP II's are divorced or single.

Advice to Senior ManagementUpper management has no clue what we really do: check different computer screens and take B.S. from the advisors. Upper management do not know who we are nor do they care. The RPs are just a number on their metric spreadsheet.

    Fantastic company!

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsGreat pay, fantastic environment and general office demeanor.

ConsFinancial jargon was difficult to learn at first -- stepping into an office manager role cold was quite a challenge. As soon as I got used to that, it was smooth sailing.
