    Pros

Great place to make new friends, decent pay, group tips, a fun environment, customers are usually fun to be around wtih.

    Cons

The smoking part of the fun environment is my main complaint but they warn you ahead of time. Lots of running around, some irate guests, and managers.

    Pros

    Networking to move on
    Initial advancement opportunities
Fun atmosphere and chances to meet great guests
Supervisors were very aware of the work

    Cons

Management had no idea half of what was going on
Employee exit surveys did nothing to help get the hotel management back under control
Hotel Director did not even know how to work the computer system

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Use the surveys to your advantage. Also, maybe consider reading reviews from Trip Advisor. If guests constantly complain about specific people in management, maybe a closer look should be taken.

Former Employee - Table Games Dealer in Saint Louis, MO

    Pros

Did a good job making training for different games readily available to learn. Easy to move up in seniority, which makes for a better schedule that can fit your private life.

    Cons

High turn over in employees, due mostly to poor management style and higher pay at competitive casinos in the area. Felt like management spent way too much time looking for ways to fire their employees.

A business that is open twenty four hours a day, seven days a week which includes holidays. Low pay and raises.
