    This is a clean shop with excellent benefits

    Cons

    Tolerances of machined work were very tight

    Pros

    Takeover by Amphenol of previous company was swift. Pay stayed the same after takeover. Some management changes were made.

    Cons

    Benefits were slashed, including sick and personal time. Education assistance vanished. This was all done after promise of identical benefits for the first year.

    Advice to Management

    Keep things the same when they are promised to stay the same.

    Very business oriented and results oriented company
