Pros – It is a job (better than being unemployed).

Cons – Low to middle low wages. Constant lay offs every time the market moves a little. Everyone is afraid for their jobs all the time. Terrible atmosphere and working conditions. Management is poor.

Advice to Senior Management – Treat your people better. Recognize real talent. Make people feel good about working. Fear and intimidation should not be the dominate management style.
